Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the branch, splitting time between transaction support and proactive conversations that uncover financial wellness needs. Process financial service transactions accurately, escalate more complex issues, and provide tailored recommendations. Coordinate with branch teammates to prioritize high-impact activities, participate in huddles/debriefs, work on Saturdays as directed, and maintain compliance, security, and cash handling standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting impact throughout interactions.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized financial wellness recommendations, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
•Maintain compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing the cash drawer within guidelines, and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience in cash handling.
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
