Job Summary

Lead a team of outbound sales agents to achieve revenue targets and KPI performance. Drive daily execution by managing sales processes, dialer usage, lead handling, and interval-level productivity, while supporting resolution of customer concerns. Coach and develop team members through side-by-side support and remote monitoring, set individual improvement plans, and track performance metrics. Represent the team with clients and stakeholders, analyze trends, forecast delivery cadence, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and develop a team of outbound sales agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

•Ensure adherence to dialer usage, lead management, and sales processes while monitoring interval-level productivity.
•Track and report team performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions and forecasting.
•Serve as a key client point of contact, represent team performance in business reviews, and drive sales strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
