Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-precision machining processes such as turning, machining centers, and grinding.
  • •Program CNC machining operations for lathes and machining centers using G/M codes and parametric programming.
  • •Manage 3D models in AutoCAD, Creo and/or NX.
  • •Participate in cost-reduction projects, including experiments to save on cutting tools.
  • •Actively drive process and quality initiatives (e.g., RIES, 3UP, Gembas) to improve FPY and COPQ, and train technicians and lead setups.
