Job Summary

Lead cross-functional IT governance across LATAM, supporting regional IT teams with budget management, performance measurement, risk and cybersecurity oversight, vendor contract governance, and internal/external audits. Own planning, monitoring, and reporting for IT CAPEX/OPEX and strategic KPI reporting, while maintaining and governing the regional technology roadmap aligned to business priorities and transformation initiatives. Serve as a liaison to global Steering Committees and manage key vendor relationships and service performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional governance activities across LATAM, supporting regional IT teams across budgets, performance measurement, risk and cybersecurity oversight, vendor contract governance, and audits.
•Plan, manage, and monitor IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) across LATAM subregions to drive efficiency and financial performance.
•Define, track, and report strategic IT performance metrics (KPIs) to provide visibility into regional technology operations and outcomes.
•Maintain and govern the regional technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation initiatives.
•Oversee IT risk, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and audit activities, and manage vendor relationships and contracts including performance reviews and purchase order governance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in leadership roles within IT governance, Strategic PMO, technology consulting, or related functions.
•Experience with IT service contracts, vendor management, and technology governance frameworks.
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Advanced English proficiency for regional and global reporting.
•Portuguese is a plus.
