Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver core service user support services under the contract to people in the area.
  • •Complete monthly property inspections in initial accommodation, identify maintenance needs, and complete first-fix/minor repairs where tasked.
  • •Provide welfare support and signposting; respond to requests, complaints, and issues raised via AIRE Services.
  • •Manage incidents, follow emergency procedures (including contacting emergency services), and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.
  • •Support day-to-day IA operations (inductions, registers, post, reception) and manage access for suppliers, visitors, and maintenance.
