Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the compensation engine end to end, including monthly and quarterly crediting, calculation, review, approval, and payout.
  • •Own CaptivateIQ for incentive compensation plan build, rule logic, testing, and release.
  • •Ensure crediting and comp data integrity across Salesforce and downstream systems; work with Systems and Deal Desk to resolve issues at source.
  • •Design plans, quotas, and incentives, including annual plan design for commissioned roles and collaboration on quota setting.
  • •Lead and grow a small team of compensation analysts while staying hands-on with modeling, plan communication, and reporting (e.g., attainment distribution and programme effectiveness).

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in sales compensation, revenue operations, sales finance, or a closely related field, with experience managing or mentoring analysts.
  • •2-3 years direct management experience.
  • •Own a full incentive compensation cycle for a distributed GTM team, including crediting, calculation, payout, and dispute resolution.
  • •Hands-on administration of an ICM platform (ideally CaptivateIQ), including building and testing plan logic.
  • •Proven plan design experience (pay mix, accelerators, quota setting) plus strong Salesforce data fluency and advanced Excel/Sheets modeling.
