Job Summary

Manage one or more aviation projects end-to-end from business case through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence. Oversee design and construction support, coordinate design consultants, track and close review comments, and report weekly and monthly project status. Use DFW-approved tools (Unifier, BIM, Primavera P6, SharePoint) and coordinate with airport tenants, agencies, and DFW departments to proactively resolve issues and claims.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer one or more aviation projects, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and performance adhere to contract documents and established procedures.
•Oversee design and construction support activities and ensure design consultants keep projects on schedule and budget.
•Oversee the design review process to ensure comments are tracked, responded to, and closed out within required timelines.
•Use DFW-approved software (Unifier, BIM, Primavera P6, SharePoint) to manage projects and report weekly and monthly project status.
•Coordinate project activities with airport tenants, airlines, DFW departments, governmental and other agencies; proactively resolve issues and manage change orders and claims.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Must possess a valid Class C driver’s license and be able to obtain certification to drive in DFW’s AOA movement area.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project or Construction Management plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Civil PE license preferred but not required.
•Must be able to obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at DFW and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
