Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer one or more aviation projects, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and performance adhere to contract documents and established procedures.
  • •Oversee design and construction support activities and ensure design consultants keep projects on schedule and budget.
  • •Oversee the design review process to ensure comments are tracked, responded to, and closed out within required timelines.
  • •Use DFW-approved software (Unifier, BIM, Primavera P6, SharePoint) to manage projects and report weekly and monthly project status.
  • •Coordinate project activities with airport tenants, airlines, DFW departments, governmental and other agencies; proactively resolve issues and manage change orders and claims.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Must possess a valid Class C driver’s license and be able to obtain certification to drive in DFW’s AOA movement area.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project or Construction Management plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Civil PE license preferred but not required.
  • •Must be able to obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at DFW and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
