Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end People & HR agenda for the company’s next growth phase. Own HR strategy and execution across performance management, HR operations and governance/compliance, employee engagement and retention, rewards/compensation, and workforce planning. Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape organizational design, workforce planning, succession exposure, and scalable people infrastructure while building and mentoring a high-performing HR leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and operating model while partnering with CEO and executive leadership.
•Own and drive the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including calibration, reviews, PIPs/IDPs, and coaching leaders on performance discipline.
•Lead HR operations end-to-end by establishing governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
•Design and execute employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies, including engagement surveys, diagnostics, and tracking attrition/retention trends.
•Own total rewards and workforce planning, including compensation structures, salary bands, incentives, progression frameworks, and annual salary/promotion/incentive governance.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
•Proven experience leading HR in scaling, multi-country, or regulated environments.
•Hands-on ownership of performance management, HR operations/governance, employee engagement/retention, and rewards/compensation.
•Experience partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams.
•Track record building or transforming HR functions during growth or change phases.
