Job Summary

Lead and supervise daily water sports instruction, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards while delivering professional, memorable guest experiences. Serve as the senior on-water authority, conduct guest briefings and safety demonstrations, and make real-time operational decisions based on environmental conditions. Mentor and coach junior instructors, support operational planning with the Water Sports / Operations Manager, enforce SOPs and safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement of water sports programs in a luxury marine tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
•Act as the senior on-water authority, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures during activities.
•Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members to maintain consistency in training delivery, guest engagement, and safety standards.
•Support daily operational planning and execution, including scheduling and allocation of instructors and guest groups.
•Enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and risk assessments; maintain records of activities, incidents, equipment usage, and operational reports.

Key Requirements

•Certified Water Sports Instructor or equivalent qualification (e.g., ISA, RYA, or recognized authority).
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
•Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines.
•Experience in a supervisory or senior instructor role is highly preferred.
•Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date).
