Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process and drive reliability across product and service lifecycles.
  • •Lead incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent failures.
  • •Support risk assessments, management of change reviews, deployment readiness assessments, and engineering design reviews.
  • •Execute Field Incident Management Process (FIMP), including FRACAS DMAIC management, cause mapping, and RCA report preparation.
  • •Analyze performance data to identify failure trends, track KPIs, and share lessons learned to enable continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline (or relevant industry experience).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Wireline Operations or AMO.

  • •Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and planning skills.
