Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose failures and repair industrial machinery and electrical controls including PLC systems, DC drives, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyors.
  • •Perform planned, predictive, and emergency breakdown repairs to improve facility uptime.
  • •Execute preventive maintenance schedules, calibrations, and inspections of circuits and wiring for safety and efficiency.
  • •Partner with engineers and production teams to optimize machinery, reduce downtime, and eliminate safety risks.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience (electrical & mechanical), or a Trade School Certification/Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance.
  • •Hands-on experience with 3-phase power and control systems including PLCs, relay logic, motor controls, and electrical conduit installation and testing devices.
  • •Ability to repair mechanical tools and support facility maintenance including pneumatics, basic plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and related tasks.
  • •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including schematic/print reading and working with technical and operational documents.
  • •Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and be available for short-notice overtime as production requires.
