Own full-cycle recruiting for Nourish’s corporate non-technical, non-sales roles, driving end-to-end sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate/pipeline management. Partner with functional leaders and the broader Talent Acquisition team to execute effective hiring processes, deliver a transparent candidate experience, and attract world-class talent through active and passive strategies. Continuously improve Nourish’s employer brand and hiring standards while growing the corporate non-tech team.
