Perform automotive bodywork on multiple panels in Carvana’s reconditioning/inspection environment, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area heavy bodywork with Bondo repair. Work with state-of-the-art tools, follow safety procedures, and be able to support mandatory overtime when needed. This role includes training options for entry-level prep work and reimbursement programs for ASE and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area heavy bodywork with Bondo repair.
•Perform detailed prep/bodywork as part of readying low-mileage, late-model vehicles for customers.
•Use state-of-the-art inspection-center tools to complete reconditioning work.
•Work in a fast-paced production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to heat/cold.
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, non-slip shoes) and protective garments as needed.
