Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production equipment availability by applying preventive (priority), predictive, and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
  • •Perform maintenance while meeting safety, environmental, quality, and productivity requirements.
  • •Partner with reliability/manufacturing engineering to analyze failure trends (OEE, DT, MTBF, MTTR) and execute improvement projects to reduce scrap, waste, and costs.
  • •Train and share knowledge about how production machines work with staff as needed.
  • •Maintain maintenance system documentation by recording lessons learned and closing work orders accurately, including tracking tools/spare parts inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Career/professional (unfinished) or technical degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
  • •3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and electricity.
  • •Control systems knowledge (PLC, vision systems, laser/percussion markers, servomotors, robots, cobots) plus mechanical drawing (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
  • •Safety and continuous improvement skills including LOTO/equipment safety and TPM/5’s/SW/PSK/SUR, with knowledge of VSM/TVSM tools.
