Job Summary

Support enterprise-wide transformation programs by applying structured change management methodologies end-to-end. Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, translate operating model changes into clear communication and adoption approaches, and prepare change plans with communication and training activities. Partner with Transformation Planning & Execution Leads, facilitate workshops and feedback sessions, and track adoption metrics to improve engagement outcomes while contributing to governance dashboards and status updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply enterprise change management methodologies to support transformation initiatives end-to-end.
•Contribute to change impact and readiness assessments across processes, roles, capabilities, and governance.
•Translate operating model changes into communication, engagement, and adoption approaches.
•Prepare and execute change plans, including communication and training activities, and support governance reporting.
•Support collaborator engagement through workshops and feedback sessions; track adoption metrics and address resistance to reinforce adoption.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting change management activities within transformation programs or complex projects.
•Understanding of operating models and how organizational changes impact people, processes, and ways of working.
•Strong communication skills to present information clearly, structured, and inclusively.
•Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and backgrounds.
•Analytical and problem-solving approach, with interest in using data to improve adoption and engagement outcomes.
