Job Summary

Join the Marketing Operations team to advance marketing analytics with robust models and tooling. You’ll enhance and maintain key optimization and dashboard tools, build new tooling for evolving business needs, and use predictive analytics to inform marketing performance up to a year ahead. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and ensure processes and tools are documented, supported through training, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize marketing processes and tooling.
•Oversee and enhance marketing tools (Promotions Optimization, Alerting Dashboard, Brand Workflow Engine, Channel Search Optimization) and build new tools as needed.
•Continuously monitor marketing processes and performance, producing predictive analytics models to support marketing metrics 1+ year in advance.
•Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc marketing decisions, explaining business drivers versus count metrics.
•Collaborate with departments (Merchandising, Planners, Training, S&T, FP&A, Pricing, Demand) to align marketing operations with market demands and improve scalability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•2-5 years of business analytics experience using SQL and Excel, plus data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
•Experience with scripting languages such as Python and R.
•Advanced problem-solving to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights in business terms.
•Strong numerical and analytical aptitude for creating and managing advanced models.
