Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate all procurement activities for one or more projects.
  • •Manage key suppliers and support contract processing from negotiation to contract conclusion.
  • •Contribute to bid preparation and project planning.
  • •Develop procurement strategy in collaboration with project leadership, including make-or-buy inputs.
  • •Plan, create, and carry out tenders; obtain, evaluate, negotiate supplier offers; place contract- and demand-compliant orders; manage opportunities/risks and report regularly.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in industrial engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) or business administration (Betriebswirtschaftslehre).
  • •Experience in project procurement along with domain/industry knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of general contract law.
  • •First experience with SAP/R3 MM.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills with secure German and English proficiency; Hebrew is a plus.
