Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field
  • •Proven track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
  • •Experience leading cost management commissions for large construction projects of high complexity
  • •Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters
  • •English and Spanish language skills are required
