Praktikum im Talent Management (m/w/d)

Support the Talent Management team by helping develop and implement talent-management programs and initiatives. Contribute to creating digital learning offerings, coordinate and support assessment center activities with Talent Partners, and perform data analyses to inform talent development strategies and evidence-based decisions. Help manage community and communications to talents and People & Culture, and prepare high-quality presentation materials, program content, and reports while assisting with structured project management and stakeholder communication.
