Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring store standards and compliance.
•Drive the store team to achieve targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and develop action plans to improve results.
•Manage shrinkage to less than 0.2% of cost of sale and conduct regular financial and stock audits.
•Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards, oversee employee records (leave management, passport, performance and conduct history, roster management).
•Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team; communicate with mall management and higher management; address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•5+ years progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management experience in retail
•Proven track record recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field is preferred
•Experience setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and analysing sales performance
•Strong organizational skills with experience in stock audits, inventory control, and store operations
