Build the agentic layer behind AI-driven enterprise experiences by partnering with product managers and engineering teams. Prototype intelligent, functional interfaces using AI tooling and code-first workflows, delivering production-ready prototypes into the QDS 3.0 pipeline. Shape AI-first design patterns, agentic design systems, and eval-driven improvements using performance data, helping users interact with Qualtrics’ AI features with high quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Accelerate AI-driven prototyping by leveraging AI tooling to rapidly iterate on intelligent experiences.
•Bridge design and development by delivering production-ready code directly into the QDS 3.0 pipeline.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prototype and ship complex AI interactions.
•Test and integrate new generative design technologies to advance agentic interface patterns.
•Partner with the Core AI team to refine agentic pipeline gates and ensure performance, accessibility, and security standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 199,500 - 262,000 annually

•A portfolio showcasing intelligent, agentic user experiences with systems thinking in data-heavy environments.
•Ability to partner closely with engineering teams to ship features through collaborative code contribution.
