Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive operational excellence by ensuring HS&E and Quality foundations are executed and managing a line DMS.
  • •Coaching and supporting colleagues to advance IWS progress while supporting the line triad and continuous improvement cycles.
  • •Eliminate losses through continuous improvement cycles such as RE analysis, touch mapping, weekly Hoshin, and implementing streamlined solutions.
  • •Manage and visualize data using tools such as Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, and JMP/SPSS.
  • •Support and lead adoption of digital solutions by integrating, training teams, and driving efficiency initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated in any Engineering field, with a preferred background in process engineering.
  • •Strong digital analytics skills and experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with digital analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • •Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
  • •Ability to coach and mentor others, with effective collaboration and communication skills.
