Key Responsibilities

  • •Be an ambassador of the culture of continuous improvement; identify, manage and successfully execute annual improvement projects across plant departments.
  • •Apply Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing skills to achieve expected results and drive cost reductions.
  • •Train and develop operations teams in tools for continuous improvement (5S, problem solving, DMAIC, SMED, standard work).
  • •Lead and coach process improvements, monitor productivity, and reduce manufacturing costs through improved processes.
  • •Manage IT applications related to continuous improvement (MES, POKA, etc.) and support productivity routines and rituals.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2-3 years of plant experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • •Relevant management experience (operations coordination, projects, personnel or team leadership and change management).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma practices; Green Belt level.
  • •Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) and production applications (SAP, Quality Suite, MES/OEE).
