Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technology subject-matter expertise for IWPB Technology, supporting ITSO/production support and/or infrastructure/DevOps activities for critical services.
  • •Drive CI/CD pipeline practices and ensure effective observability and monitoring using AppDynamics, Grafana, and Splunk.
  • •Maintain highly available, low-latency systems, improving stability, resilience, and operational risk management in a regulated environment.
  • •Apply automation and scripting to streamline operations and support evidence-quality reporting and action management (KCI/KPI).
  • •Manage stakeholders across global teams through influencing, constructive challenge, escalation, and clear written/verbal communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in ITSO/production support, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles in financial services (banking/fintech/insurance).
  • •Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, observability/monitoring stacks (AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk), and maintaining highly available, low-latency systems.
  • •Automation and scripting skills including Python, Go, and/or Bash.
  • •Working knowledge of cyber controls, SDLC/change/deployment controls, and IAM concepts in a regulated environment.
  • •Experience with IT control compliance tracking, KCI/KPI reporting, and service management for critical services.
