Job Summary

Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver SAP SuccessFactors solutions in the Employee Central (EC) and Time Off/time management areas. Lead end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SuccessFactors modules, including Year-End Time Off activities and integrations troubleshooting. Create system design specifications, configure role-based permissions (RBP), and build Canvas and Story reports to meet analytics and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
•Guide projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and expert client guidance.
•Provide end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SuccessFactors modules.
•Implement and configure SuccessFactors Time Management and key Employee Central time functions, including time tracking and absence management.
•Design and maintain Canvas and Story reports and configure role-based permissions (RBP) with security and compliance considerations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.
•End-to-end experience delivering implementations, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
•Valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, covering configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance.
•Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system design specifications and guide best practices.
•Hands-on experience troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors integration issues and understanding cross-module dependencies and impacts.
