Relationship Banker- Waugh Chapel

Provide in-person and phone client service to build, expand, and retain new and existing relationships. Use consultative conversations to match clients with deposit, credit, convenience, and other financial solutions, and refer complex needs to specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, follow internal controls and risk policies, and help meet client service and branch sales targets through Truist retail leadership routines and ongoing product/ sales training.
