Job Summary

Support project delivery for major infrastructure programs by leading proactive risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and performance reporting. Partner with project managers, engineering teams, schedulers, cost managers, and program leadership to evaluate risks across cost, schedule, technical performance, and execution. Maintain risk registers, monitor mitigation effectiveness, analyze trends and KPIs, and deliver executive dashboards, reports, and risk workshop outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development and implementation of project risk management processes across the project lifecycle.
•Identify, evaluate, and document risks across engineering, construction, schedule, cost, procurement, and execution.
•Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and maintain updated project risk registers.
•Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and program controls to create mitigation and contingency strategies and recommend corrective actions.
•Analyze trends and KPIs, prepare executive risk dashboards/reports, and participate in risk workshops and lessons learned to improve delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Professional Engineer (PE) license.
•PMP, PMI-RMP, or other project or risk management certification.
•Experience supporting large transportation or infrastructure programs.
•Experience with project controls and risk management tools (e.g., Primavera P6 Risk Analysis, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Deltek Acumen Risk, Power BI) and quantitative risk techniques.
