Talent Development Specialist (6 month maternity cover)

Support the Talent team in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and talent development initiatives for a six-month maternity cover. Own learning project planning through evaluation, develop and curate learning content, and create digital learning resources (e-learning modules, videos, interactive content). Coordinate external providers and manage related procurement and invoices, then analyze participation and feedback data to improve programme outcomes.
