Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate learning and talent development projects from planning and design through delivery and evaluation.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Contribute to the design of learning programmes, development journeys, and supporting resources.
  • •Research, curate, and regularly update learning content, and design and maintain digital learning resources across learning platforms.
  • •Coordinate external providers and operational processes (contracts, procurement requests, purchase orders, invoices) and analyze participation data and feedback to improve programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in learning, talent development, organisational development, or instructional design.
  • •Strong project management and programme coordination skills.
  • •Experience designing and curating learning content, aligned to capability-building priorities.
  • •Confidence using data and feedback to evaluate and improve programmes.
  • •Experience coordinating external providers and managing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
