Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market. •Use hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and record the use, wear, and condition of company-issued and procured assets.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent, and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations, including specified offenses in the past 3 years.
•EPA Certification required.
