Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle complex client servicing issues and act as a primary troubleshooter in the branch.
  • •Coach tellers on efficient, accurate performance of teller functions and ensure strong client experience.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, staffing coverage, and operational/regulatory standards.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawers within guidelines, and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations, transition clients to a banker, and promote bank products and services.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experienced cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teamwork while managing multiple tasks.
