Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform product engineering and failure analysis for LPDDR (mobile, automotive, and data center) using data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization.
  • •Drive and implement root-cause fixes with circuit design teams, using digital/analog simulation to identify design issues.
  • •Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across operating conditions, including key LPDDR validation items (power, timing margin, IDD, training behaviors).
  • •Support NPI activities such as bring-up, characterization, and cross-site handover.
  • •Apply AI/ML to semiconductor validation by optimizing test parameters, analyzing failure patterns, improving validation coverage, and validating AI recommendations with simulation, tester data, and silicon evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong electrical testing skills using ATE platforms and solid electrical engineering fundamentals.
  • •Experience with data mining, yield analysis, and failure analysis for semiconductor products.
  • •Good understanding of IC design and semiconductor devices, including LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications.
  • •Programming capability with Python/C++/Verilog/SystemVerilog; experience with test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable.
  • •More than 5 years of semiconductor industry experience with the ability to drive projects independently and solve problems.
