Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a team of recruiters supporting RMS hiring across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
  • •Own end-to-end RMS recruiting strategy, forecasting demand, building pipelines, and reporting progress with clear, data-backed communication.
  • •Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and drive process improvements.
  • •Set and maintain a high performance bar for recruiting execution, including sourcing activity, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offer-acceptance rates.
  • •Lead sourcing and evaluation best practices (including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and SOBO campaigns) and calibrate hiring manager expectations through disciplined candidate evaluation.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience hiring top-tier technical talent.
  • •8+ years partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, using data to influence hiring decisions and advising on strategy.
  • •5+ years managing or mentoring a team of recruiters with accountability for time-sensitive, high-volume pipelines.
  • •Track record using recruiting analytics to initiate and sustain process improvements, not just report metrics.
  • •Experience recruiting in an agency and/or fast-paced startup environment for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles.
