Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preparation, review, and filing of all property tax returns and related documentation for regulated utility assets.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate payment of property taxes, including reconciliation of tax bills and assessments.
  • •Monitor property tax law/regulation changes and rate cases, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate property tax audits, appeals, and negotiations with taxing authorities.
  • •Supervise and mentor property tax staff while advising management on property tax risks and tax-saving opportunities.

  • •BS/BA degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
