Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key legal resource for the supply chain organization, responding to legal requests from global teams.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain international commercial agreements across strategic and indirect sourcing, joint development, contract manufacturing, logistics, consulting, and general services.
  • •Draft and maintain templates and negotiation position documents for supply chain agreements.
  • •Develop sourcing processes and procedures and provide training to internal business partners on legal and compliance topics.
  • •Advise on supply-side legal, regulatory, and operational matters, including supplier risk management, compliance risks, corruption/anti-bribery, information security and data privacy, CSR, and trade compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or higher in Law (LLM, JD, or equivalent).
  • •Fully qualified attorney in a relevant jurisdiction, with post-qualification experience at a global organization and/or international law firm.
  • •Strong background in contract drafting for multinational clients.
  • •Common law background or relevant work experience within common law.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including contract manufacturing, joint development, master services, consulting, general services, and NDAs.
