Project Manager - Software Solutions Implementation

Plan and control end-to-end delivery of software solutions projects for external customers—ensuring scope, time, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Lead project phases from initiation through closing, proactively manage risks/issues, and handle scope changes while reporting status and project progress. Serve as the customer point of contact and trusted adviser, support roadmaps to maximize ROI, and manage project revenue forecasting and lessons learned.
