Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-priority operational initiatives from conception to completion.
  • •Manage complex, cross-functional projects including new program launches, backend operational efficiencies, and AI-driven quality improvements.
  • •Diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks by bringing in new capabilities and tools.
  • •Serve as a generalist problem-solver to deploy quickly on urgent, high-leverage opportunities across the organization.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals, measure outcomes, and iterate on programs.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or healthcare delivery.
  • •2+ years of experience in a high-growth healthcare company, preferably serving Medicaid or Medicare patients in a value-based care model.
  • •Experience ideally including Medicare risk adjustment and/or revenue cycle management.
  • •Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1.
  • •Strong project management skills to set priorities, create structure, and drive execution across teams.
