Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform flight test maintenance including modification, instrumentation, documentation, and post-flight analysis.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, rig, and repair aircraft and aircraft subsystems.
  • •Conduct ground operations such as launch, recovery, and ground engine run-ups, plus standard preflight maintenance.
  • •Complete aircraft and equipment documentation and perform FOD and tool control practices.
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain site support equipment; communicate mechanical assessments with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47 - 62 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of airframe and powerplant experience.
  • •Active TS clearance with investigation within 5 years or continuous evaluation.
  • •Ability to perform aircraft mechanical assessment, maintenance coordination, and readiness reporting for the test program.
  • •Ability to be multi-capable, including some electronics troubleshooting and repair.
  • •Obtain an FAA A&P license within 1 year (or hold it, preferred).
