Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a Senior HRBP within global, medium-to-large organisations (1,000+ employees), with a stable and progressive career history.
  • •Experience partnering directly with technology client groups, with a background in professional services (e.g., finance, law).
  • •Exceptional ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex, matrix environments to lead change and solve problems.
  • •Strong analytical capability to manipulate data, extract insights, and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • •Fully CIPD Level 7 qualified and/or holds an MSc in Human Resources, with the resilience to provide counsel and execute hands-on tasks.
