Quantity Surveyor

Manage and support commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations using NEC contracts for major UK infrastructure programmes. Lead post-contract activities including interim payment scrutiny, cost assessments, certificates, and change control. Produce cost reports and forecasts, support decision-making with data-driven insights, and help project teams with early warnings, compensation events, and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with commercial, procurement, and EHSQ requirements while delivering value for money.
