Support the Store Manager to drive the store’s commercial success, including sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities. Lead day-to-day floor execution with strong targets, performance monitoring, and reporting. Oversee store operations such as stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks, while coaching and developing the team. Deliver exceptional customer service, uphold brand values, and take full store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
