Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Customer Success Managers to lead technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, complex integrations, and system architecture.
  • •Lead technical deep-dive sessions to understand customer long-term engineering goals and map the DX platform into existing workflows.
  • •Design and build tailored solutions—including new integrations or workflows—to connect DX APIs with complex client environments.
  • •Guide consultative implementation by navigating customer engineering processes, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines for optimal performance.
  • •Act as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise clients, capturing technical feedback to collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with programming (Ruby/Rails or Python) and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
  • •Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git and the GitHub CLI.
  • •Familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred) and the ability to leverage data for analytical solutioning.
  • •Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
  • •Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
