Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct UAT for payroll system changes to ensure business requirements and expected outcomes are met.
  • •Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and system enhancements discovered during testing.
  • •Develop, maintain, and update user documentation including job aids, DTPs, and process guides.
  • •Support system enhancements and customization by collaborating with SAP technical teams and stakeholders.
  • •Execute testing and monitoring to assess ESPS process health for compliance and resolve payroll system and process issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management testing and/or configuration processes.
  • •Proven experience in payroll systems testing, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • •Relevant professional certifications, preferably related to SAP.
