Key Responsibilities

•Hire and manage a team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects focused on Lakebase.
•Align SA strategy with direct account teams across verticalized business units and jointly engage clients to ensure Lakebase adoption and customer value.
•Coach new sales and pre-sales team members and promote a solution-, value-, and technical-based field engineering organization.
•Improve Solutions Architect involvement and increase return on investment across sales cycles.
•Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback, technical requirements, and competitive insights into field readiness and product evolution.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of first-line or second-line leadership experience with teams of 7+ (first-line) or 20+ (second-line).
•Experience in enterprise software pre-sales with senior-level tenure, including transactional (OLTP) databases and ideally data warehousing, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or AI solutions.
•Track record of driving large consumption and high-growth customers with ability to elevate executive engagement.
•Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower a team to achieve objectives.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
