Drive the commercial and merchandising strategy for the fashion business, translating business planning into sales, cash margin, markdown, and stock objectives. Own WSSI and OTB planning, manage range planning and product selection, and lead trade, allocation, and replenishment decisions across stores and markets. Partner closely with Buying, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce teams, while leading and developing the merchandising team.
