Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and HR partners on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, conflicts, and performance concerns.
•Guide managers through complex employee situations by assessing risks and supporting fair, consistent, and compliant decision-making.
•Support leaders in preparing for sensitive employee conversations, disciplinary meetings, and conflict resolution discussions.
•Collaborate with Legal and HR leadership on complex or high-risk employee relations situations.
•Resolve workplace conflicts through mediation and facilitated discussions, and help identify recurring themes to improve processes and workplace culture.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in employee relations, HR generalist, HR business partnering, or a similar HR role.
•Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and disciplinary frameworks.
•Experience supporting managers in handling complex employee relations matters.
•Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
•Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
