Legal Counsel – Global Advisory

Provide legal advice to the Global Advisory – North America Institutional team on institutional investment advisory matters. Handle complex negotiations and drafting for separate account and private fund agreements, support regulatory filings (including Form ADV), and analyze evolving laws and regulations (e.g., Investment Advisers Act and CFTC rules). Partner with internal stakeholders and global colleagues to develop legal positions on risk and compliance issues, while mentoring other attorneys and legal department colleagues.
