Job Summary

Lead business card portfolio management with P&L responsibility, driving analytical evaluation, strategy development, and program execution to optimize profit and improve customer outcomes. Oversee product performance reviews, update credit card features/benefits, and partner with Marketing and key risk and compliance teams to implement account origination and portfolio strategies. Manage and coach teams, negotiate business services contracts, and develop controls to measure, monitor, and control risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Have P&L responsibility for the business card portfolio.
•Analyze the business credit card portfolio to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities for profitable growth.
•Review and modify credit card product features and benefits to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
•Evaluate product performance and recommend changes to product and/or marketing strategy to optimize program performance.
•Lead/coach and manage a function, including hiring and disciplinary actions, and establish group strategy; ensure risk management controls and compliance are adhered to on an ongoing basis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of credit card related oversight and experience.
•Experience working with other 3rd party credit card partners.
•Demonstrated experience in product development, business case development, strategic planning, project management, and tactical implementation.
•Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks and make recommendations to remediate issues.
•Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements as they pertain to credit card and related segment areas.
