Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce optimised maintenance work packages for allocated platform class using analysis of maintenance management systems and condition monitoring/material state assessments.
  • •Assess maintenance costs and defect trends/predictions across the class to identify underlying root causes.
  • •Continuously assess material state for designated platforms/systems, monitoring and updating as required.
  • •Produce well written, explicit work packages that can be planned and estimated by delivery teams, and reflect relevant classification maintenance within the work package.
  • •Drive weekly performance reporting and continuous improvement by refining processes, enhancing data integrity, and contributing to toolset development.

Key Requirements

  • •ONC, HNC, HND or Degree-level education in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant working experience.
  • •Specialist engineering knowledge and experience in a Mechanical or Electrical subject area.
  • •Working knowledge of the engineering lifecycle.
  • •Awareness of and adherence to statutory regulations covering Information Systems, Safety, Health & Environment, and Security requirements.
  • •Ability to apply defect trend analysis and material state insights to improve maintenance planning and accuracy.
