Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HoITs, Account Managers, and local/global service teams to shape and execute AI Factory demand for assigned OEs.
  • •Qualify and shape OE/group pain points into project charters, roadmaps, and business cases, converting opportunities into funded engagements.
  • •Orchestrate multiple AI Factory engagements in parallel and transfer patterns, learnings, and reusable components across OEs.
  • •Accelerate time-to-value by ensuring AI Factory capabilities are visible early via discovery workshops, value hypothesis mapping, and reuse assessments.
  • •Own build-to-run handover (support models, SLAs/OLAs, runbooks, and MLOps/monitoring) and manage stakeholder communications from discovery through go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience steering IT delivery or IT programs and translating business problems into delivered software in large, matrix organizations, ideally in insurance or regulated environments.
  • •Solid communication and stakeholder management, influencing leadership through strategic roadmaps, milestones, and scoped work.
  • •Experience in demand shaping and delivery conversion: discovery, value hypothesis definition, scoping, solution framing, and converting opportunities into funded work (SoW/proposals).
  • •Advanced stakeholder management across OE/HoIT leadership, technical teams, and security/compliance, owning relationships through run.
  • •A degree in business, management, technology, IT or a related field, with fluent English and solid knowledge of AI technologies and agentic principles.
