Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive an AI-first approach to technical program management by identifying and deploying AI/ML tools and automation to streamline planning, reporting, and decision-making.
  • •Support, track, and manage complex cross-functional program execution, including coordination and internal/external communications.
  • •Track and maintain cross-functional dependencies and deliverables, partnering with Cisco Security groups to manage outcomes.
  • •Provide critical-path management, timely issue resolution, and facilitate clear communication across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s + 8 years (or Master’s + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years) of complex program management, preferably in software/cloud environments, using agile and waterfall.
  • •3+ years applying AI/ML tools, GenAI assistants, and intelligent automation to program management.
  • •3+ years coordinating cross-functional projects, facilitating team meetings, and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
  • •Prior experience with Lean Enterprise, Agile, or Kanban practices and supporting tools.
